TRANSPORT LINE
USING:
- It generates added value during its working.
- The biggest iddle times of saw machines are during a handling with material.
- Especially time during which we wait for external manipulation devices (crane, fork lift...).
- It is a time for transport line – thanks to its own manipulation space for material stocking ensures independence on manipulation devices.
WE PRODUCE TWO BASIC MODELS:
A) ONE-WAY LANE
- Material goes from „stock“ to machjine, after it is moved to „dispatch“.
- Whole cutted bar is splitted to requested lenghts.
B) BOTH-WAYS LINE
- Suitable as alternativ stocks for material, which is used daily, but not whole bar is splitted (few pieces, but often cutted).
- Bar is after cut returned back to „stock“.
- Bars are moved between „stocks“ by cross conveyors.
