PEGAS 235 AUTOMAT CNC is a very productive automatical hydraulically working bandsaw machine with feeding, suitable for cutting steels (incl. tool steels and stainless stells), non-ferrous and light metals. The machine is technically designed in that way, so that it corresponds to requirements of extreme stress in production. That is why all supporting parts are made as castings from cast-iron – strengh, damping of vibrations and impacts.
The length of feeding is 520 mm, setting of feedings quantity and pieces on electrical panel. The processor unit with assessment of cutting parameters, mistake report when you set the machine wrong and diagnose of the mistake. Hydraulical centrale with an electronical operating – clamping of material, moving of the feeding vice, moving of the arm. The machine is equipped by vice, which is able to cut angular cuts – in automatical cycle to 45° to the right, in semi-automatical cycle to 60° to the right.
Feeding vice moves on grinded bars with help of ball bushings.
